3. Workmanship Warranty

City Renovation provides a warranty on workmanship for completed renovation projects. This warranty covers defects that result directly from improper installation or workmanship performed by our team.

If a covered workmanship defect is identified within the applicable warranty period, we will assess the issue and, where appropriate, repair the affected work at no additional labor cost.

4. Manufacturer Warranties

Many materials, fixtures, flooring products, paints, insulation systems, windows, doors, and other construction products are covered by separate manufacturer warranties.

Where applicable:

  • Manufacturer warranties remain the responsibility of the product manufacturer.
  • Warranty periods vary by product.
  • Clients should retain any warranty documentation provided upon project completion.

5. Warranty Exclusions

This warranty does not cover:

  • Normal wear and tear
  • Damage caused by accidents, misuse, neglect, or improper maintenance
  • Damage caused by third parties
  • Structural movement, settlement, or building shifts
  • Water intrusion resulting from pre-existing conditions
  • Weather-related damage, storms, flooding, or natural disasters
  • Modifications or repairs performed by others after project completion
  • Cosmetic changes resulting from normal aging of materials
  • Damage caused by lack of maintenance

6. Client Responsibilities

To maintain warranty eligibility, clients are responsible for:

  • Following maintenance recommendations
  • Properly operating installed fixtures and systems
  • Reporting issues promptly upon discovery
  • Allowing reasonable access for inspection and corrective work

Failure to properly maintain completed work may void warranty coverage.
